Hi Tracy!

I started playing golf when I was 13. I am now 57. I've played on and off the whole time (mostly off during college and the first 15 or so years after that), but without much instruction. In the last few years I started paying close attention to watching the pros to improve my swing. The first thing I noticed was their feet. For the vast majority, except during the follow-thru, they didn't move as mine were! About 3 years ago I had an instructor put a small piece of wood under my right arch (I'm a right-hander) and told me to keep the pressure on that piece of wood because my right foot was rolling out during my backswing. That's when I started to realize the importance of keeping the weight on the arches. But...I wasn't instructed as to why and therefore didn't realize the huge important part that balance played in the entire swing.

Fast forward. I happened upon your course on the Net and watched your critique of Sergio Garcia's swing and his imbalance that resulted in a two-plane swing that he had to correct on his downswing. My mind lit up when I got to your website and listened to the free clips. I had already bought into the theory of a good swing coming from the ground up, but didn't know exactly why or how to visualize the components into an entire swing without consciously thinking of each part.

I ordered your course a few weeks ago and did exactly as you suggested. Completely read through all 215 pages before watching the DVD's. What I didn't expect was how completely I understood what you were talking about and how it all made such good sense. There is no mystery, just body mechanics and pure facts. I began to practice the setup, paying attention to my balance, arches, pre-setting the right hip, and the backswing. Before the course, I dreaded the take-away because I couldn't seem to ever get a coordinated feeling when starting the move. BUT, by pre-setting the right hip by slightly leaning to the right, the take-away immediately felt coordinated and "right" by simply turning the chest. In addition, being aware of the connection factor of your arms and chest makes the backswing nearly as automatic as the downswing when you simply turn your chest to start the backswing.

You mentioned your back problems in your blog. I had been a runner since 1984. Since that time, I've had 8 surgeries. Four knee surgeries (torn medial meniscus), one shoulder surgery (2 bones were not clearing and they were shaved back), a ruptured plantar fascia in my right foot (from 21 years of running), and two back surgerys. The plantar fascia surgery required 6 weeks on 2 crutches without ever allowing the right foot to touch the ground. In my first back surgery in 2005 the disc between L4 and L5 was trimmed. And to round out my back problems, a major back surgery in February of 2007 where the discs between L4-L5 and L5-S1 ruptured and I had to have a double fusion of the vertebrae with bone from my right hip. I now have 2 titanium rods and 6 screws still in my back. I kept breaking and they kept fixing me. I gave up the impact of running after the first back surgery in 2005 and took up swimming and limited weight lifting to continue strengthening my upper body and muscles surrounding my lower back.

With all those surgerys you would think I couldn't even swing a club. But through rehab, swimming and strength training I've kept in the game. My scores were consistently in the lower 80's. I could never reach the 70's. After finishing your course, with review and practice at home, my first three rounds resulted in scores of 78, 75 and 76. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the amount of work you have put into this and how easy it is to grasp and understand.

Many golfers have long since given up on improving their game and have resigned themselves to higher scores and frustrating rounds. I know because I have played with them and I'm sure you have as well. Your course isn't based on just your personal experience in the game, but rather with researched facts on how you can achieve a desired goal by understanding how the human body responds mentally and physically to visualized movements based on balance and proper mechanics. This is what sets your course apart from all the rest. Its not a compilation of "tricks and tips". Its a complete understanding of how and why our bodies and minds work as they do. Its the basis for understanding why and with understanding, you don't need a "trick" to improve, just practice doing what your body is built to accomplish by working in harmony with gravity and balance. Above all, it makes perfect sense.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Fred Logan

More on Tracy Reed

Are you tired of making excuses to your foursome for your golf game when you don't play like you know you should?

One Biomechanic has finally uncovered, tested and proven a unique mind/body phenomenon critical to quick, lasting, golf improvement that takes golfers from ordinary to extraordinary in record time.

"Most golf programs will improve your golf game, but you still have good days and bad days... This program makes your improvement consistent from day to day so you never find yourself slipping backward with your golf game." ...Tracy Reed

This phenomenon can be unlocked and used to improve your golf game in as little as 15 minutes... no matter what game you play now or what type of golf swing you use..

It's called Golf Swing Control...

Results from golfers world wide...

  • High handicap golfers now in the 80's...

  • Mid Handicap golfers playing scratch golf...

  • Low handicap golfers playing in the 60's, winning Club Championships, and tying course records...

  • Professionals looking for that first win now breaking through...

Better in 15 minutes....

Tracy,
......I hit balls today and used the setup technique on the website.
All I can say is WOW!

I was hitting the ball consistently on the sweet spot and hitting really nice golf shots. I used some Titleist club fitting stickers my club has and that is how I was noticing how pure I was striking the ball. I could also feel when it wasn't right and when a shot didn't go where I had intended, I could feel why.

Just on that alone I offer my thanks.

See how Tracy Reed, a former Military Interrogator (Like Tiger's father), used his unique training during his 20 year search to uncover real solutions for a wide variety of unanswered problems to help golfers from beginner to professional to quickly break through to the next level...

But don't just take us on our word, try out Tracy's inside-out approach for yourself Today Free, and see how his common sense approach to golf will:

  • Simplify your golf swing...

  • Show you how to integrate your mind and body so they work together during the golf swing

  • Separate fact from fantasy in golf instruction...

  • Improve your golf game while reducing your practice time at the driving range.

  • Work with just about any style of golf swing you may be using and automatically adjust your swing to fit your body structure, so your swing works with your body instead of against it.

  • Give you longer drives.

  • Make your approach shots more accurate.

  • Remove distracting thoughts from your golf swing

  • Make your golf game consistently better from day to day.

  • Take your game far beyond where ordinary golf instruction can take you.

But there's just one catch...

All too often, golfers are looking for the answer to just one swing problem. They feel or have been told that if they just fix that one part of their swing, their golf game will be perfect.

What they don't realize is that there is usually an underlying problem that will cause the new fix to create more problems. This is the start of a frustrating stretch of time where the golfer feels like a dog chasing its tail. When one part of the swing is fixed, the next glitch shows up. Unfortunately, few instructors are trained to locate the underlying problems causing all of the grief.

Tracy has created a way you can get to and correct your underlying swing problems by showing you the inner fundamentals used by the very best golfers of all time through a series of simple routines which often very quickly adjusts the whole golf swing without worrying about specific parts of the swing. He also explains how the routines work so you can be successful on the golf course.

So if you are looking for some quick "golf tips" to fix a certain problem, this may not be the right site for you...

But, if you're looking to understand the inner workings of the most successful golf swings of all time, how the mind and body interact to affect the the golf swing, and how to use this vital information to transform your swing into one that won't have those little glitches, you'll find the answers to your questions here.

What you'll discover...

  • The simple method pros use to Swing Easy and Hit it Long accurately and consistently.

  • How to take your best driving range game to the golf course.

  • Find the mental "Zone", in just seconds, make good decisions, execute them well, and play your best game on the golf course... even when you get stuck with obnoxious or distracting golfers, or when play comes to a grinding halt because someone wants to be the next Tiger.

  • An explanation of the different golf swing "systems", why some only work for certain golfers, which ones to steer clear of, and how to make the right swing system work for you.

  • See real, permanent improvement in your golf swing in as little as 15 minutes today... Using the free instruction on this website.

  • Absolutely necessary for a consistent, powerful, and accurate golf swing, low scores, and a sharp mental game on the golf course.

  • Explains the cause and effect of the golf swing both mechanically and mentally, how it is meant to work and how to make your golf swing work for you under pressure.

  • Shows you how to get your golf game back, even on the golf course, when your shots aren't turning out like you planned.

  • But, cannot be found in any golf instruction currently on the market.

This simple formula is the absolute physical and mental core that every golf swing movement is built on... Even if you are just starting out in golf.

The secret of the transition from the backswing to the downswing?

Tracy,
...I have attended Mclean in NYC, Leadbetter in South Carolina, Gravity Golf in Florida, Golf Tek in Atlanta and Pennick in Austin and gone to that golf camp in Tampa that teaches you on their course for not one, but two weeks.

I have read Pennick, Hogan, Mclean, Leadbetter, Woods, and Faldo's books. I have watched the Golf Channel religiously. I subscribe to both Golf Mag and Golf Digest.

The point I am making is that I searched the entire golf instruction industry for the answer to the question that you gave me in a paragraph.

Until you, no one else could give me the simple movement solution you did and I obviously could not "find" it on my own....

You made something that has eluded me, and any instructor who has ever evaluated me, come together in an instant.

Maybe I was on the verge of a "breakthrough", but it wouldn't have happened without your insight.

Hi, my name is Tracy Reed and 25 years ago, I could never have imagined that I would be writing this letter. I was a beginning golfer, frustrated because no matter what I tried, I just couldn't find the golf swing that fit me.

I wanted to play better but I kept slipping back to a game that was at times, embarrassing. I felt like the answer was out there somewhere and with the right information, I could improve. So I scoured the whole golf industry, reading books, watching videos, and I even saw 5 top instructors who incidently, all had different opinions about how the golf swing works... And I found myself right back where I started... Confused and Frustrated... Not because I couldn't strike the ball properly...

...But because I couldn't find a book, video, or person that could show me HOW to strike the ball with power and accuracy... Consistently!

Why golfers doubt most golf instructors...

  • When you look for help and an instructor tells you that you need to learn a new type of golf swing to play better golf, do you ever notice another question in the back of your mind, like why he just can't fix your swing?

  • The teacher may correct your backswing or some other part of your swing and you hit it well during the lesson, but the next day or maybe next week, the same problem shows up and you can't seem to repeat the correction. Do you wonder why the correction didn't last?

  • Maybe you're out on the course and you were hitting the ball well on the range, but now you feel as if you have a small tree in your hand rather than a golf club. Do you wonder what changed, and how you can stop it from happening?

These days, beginners and professional golfers alike ask me the same questions that I was asking about the golf swing 20 years ago, except now I have answers for them that work and they're getting fast results...

After all, without measurable results, all of the opinions in the world are worthless.

The first question they ask me is: "What in the world do you mean by an Inside-Out solution for my golf game?"

To answer the question I have to get down to basics with a simple question for you. What controls the actions of the body? Simple, the mind does, right? Inside-out simply means that we adjust the actions of the body by fixing the source of the situation... the mind. Instead of telling what movement to make, we show the mind why and how to make the movement and the body makes the movement properly... Automatically. Which means less thought and better results.

When you think about it, it only makes sense to go to the source to correct any problem. The advantage is that there's less work, less to remember and better golf to enjoy with faster results and less frustration.

Here's the interesting little secret you won't hear anywhere else... Your body knows what to do and it knows how to do it. The only thing that gets in the way of great golf is the mind. When you try to learn such movements as the golf swing by consciously thinking about it, you are working completely opposite of the way you naturally learn movement.

When you learn golf swing movement the way you naturally learn any other movement, the mind becomes your best friend rather than your worst enemy in golf. I'll explain further as we go along.

One of the most frequent questions I hear is how to get rid of those frustrating rounds of golf where the golf swing just wouldn't work on the golf course... Where golfers feel like they just left their golf swing on the driving range...

And the biggest frustration I hear from golfers? When they fix one part of their game, something else always falls apart. This domino effect leaves them wondering if it is even possible to have the whole golf game all working at the same time? Most golfers tell me that they are just looking for a simple way to swing the club that will get good, consistent results..

To make matters worse, whether the instruction comes from golf books, golf magazines, golf videos, or the local professional, it seems like every instructor has a different opinion about how to fix each problem golfers experience...

But the question golfers are asking most is HOW do I know for sure if I am doing it right so I can repeat this!

Have you ever felt like you just wanted to walk off the golf course... Because no matter what you try, you simply have no idea of where the next shot is going to go... And you wonder just how the heck professional golfers on TV make it look so darned easy?

Well, you're NOT alone... Millions of golfers around the world are experiencing the same thing. But don't get rid of your golf clubs just yet because I'm going to share some information that will make your life on the golf course infinitely easier.

But first it's important to know why it happens...

The problem golfers are experiencing is built into the way the game has been taught for the last 20 years...

In my studies, I noticed that modern golf instruction shows you WHAT happens during the golf swing, but for some reason, leaves out HOW to make it work or keep it working consistently... The most important aspect of the instruction is missing!

The famous golf gurus spend countless hours watching golf swings on video. They slow the tape down and they look at swings from every angle in an attempt to discover something new about the golf swing. Then they give us this information in books, magazines and videos.

But what are they doing? They are only watching and telling us what happens. The human body is more complicated than that. Without more information on how to make it work, golfers are left to try to figure it out for themselves, which is what leads to the endless frustration.

For example, one of the most popular instruction methods in the last 15 years, the X-Factor was responsible for most of the back injuries of that era. Why? Because the instructor never considered body design in his teachings. The X-Factor does not consider real kinesthetic's or biomechanics.

What's worse? The X-Factor caused transition problems that golfers are STILL trying to overcome!

And remember... X-Factor instruction was splashed all over the major golf magazines!

And this still happens to this day...

The latest experiment is the "Stack and Tilt" swing recently featured in a major golf magazine. This is supposed to be the swing Aaron Baddley is using right now. Go ahead and try it, but watch out for your back, because this movement could very well leave you with back pain or worse, because the positions required to make this swing are positions the body was not designed to make.

In other words, the Stack and Tilt is not biomechanically sound. Besides, when it gets away from you, the result is a wicked hook and a lost ball.

After watching Aaron Baddley up close during The Players Championship this year, I can say that his swing bears only a slight resemblance to the swing described in the article.

If you haven't figured it out by now, one of my pet peeves is seeing instructors teaching golfers something that can only hurt them.

Even the best instructors often overlook important biomechanical laws that can prevent injury and make swinging the golf club a simpler task...

And if you're paying for instruction, the instruction shouldn't hurt you or cause injuries.

The first rule to save yourself from instruction that can hurt your game:

When they say, "At XYZ School, we believe that..." or "It is our opinion...", think carefully before you jump on the bandwagon.

To understand proper golf swing body movement,
cause and effect in the body has to be studied... Biomechanics and Kinesthetic's... Fact, not opinion. But it gets overlooked because cause and effect is something the videos don't often reveal...

And that's what really bothers me about all of the so called modern golf instruction you see today. Most instructors don't take the time to really understand the science of body movement, so their instruction often goes against what your body naturally does on its own...

Golfers often find themselves in a struggle on the golf course between what they are trying to do and what their bodies will let them do.

For example: Instructors often talk about hip movement during the swing, but I never hear them talk about the muscles that cause and control hip movement. The stomach muscles, the lower back and the leg muscles are all responsible for proper hip movement.

Something as simple as too much or too little knee bend or the wrong forward tilt can seriously hinder your ability to make the proper hip movement, but do they ever explain those crucial relationships within the body?

No, they just tell you to turn the hips...

You see, just about any style of swing will work well if you understand the few key ingredients that will make it work consistently...

And I'll show you some of those keys in just a minute...

John shaved off 12 strokes in 6 days......

Tracy,
I don't even know where to start. I sent off for your manual Monday night the 9th, got home Thursday from work and there it was. I started to read it when I went to bed that night and by midnight, I was out in the front yard swinging the club. Your setup routine really got a grip of me from the start.

I have been playing golf for a long while and the best I have shot is an 88 from the championship tees. My norm is about 90 - 93. Well, I got a phone call this morning at 8am (Sunday 15th) from one of the guys I play with. He said, "I have 2 tee times at 9:30 do you want to play?"

Well sure I did. I got to the course and the other guys are all low handicaps. They all asked what the bet was as we went to the first tee, and as norm its $20 a man winner takes all. I tried to get out of the bet as I'm working on my game, but all I got was a whole lot of boos, so I said ok, I'm in.

Well, from the first tee I never looked back. Your setup routine, along with the dynamic balance put me in a whole new zone. I was hitting my driver 260+ and picking the line I wanted every time. I hit one drive into the green side bunker, 337 yards, (a slight pull left) but the thing that stands out the most for my game was the visualization.

It put the ball where I wanted it all day long. I was playing off a 19 handicap and one of the guys with me was playing off 7. Well, I shot a 78, and so did he. I creamed them all....no one else came close.

Jamie, the 7 handicap asked me at the end, "How did you turn it around like that! You really gave me a game there!"

I said its only going to get better from here, and the best thing of all is.....I'm only on page 56 of the manual and I still have the ball I started with on the first tee!

Thanks for letting me enjoy my game again,
John McGeary,

Uncovering Golf's Missing Link...

"It's not the mechanics of the golf swing, and the mind alone won't do it either... Instead, it's the interaction between the mind and body during the golf swing that make the swing powerful, accurate and consistent. The mind and the body have to work together and they must be trained together so that one doesn't interfere with the other."

PGA Tour professionals like Ernie Els, Phil Mickelson, and Vijay Singh have bad days too...But they know how to keep their golf swing working so the day isn't a total loss... Using a secret reserved mainly for professional golfers on the PGA Tour...

It was Ben Hogan who first showed us how well this golf swing secret works... And now Tiger Woods has taken the secret to near perfection for his golf game.

Yes, even with very different golf swings, the same secret still works... I'll explain in a minute...

57 years ago, Ben Hogan mastered the secret of consistency in golf and dominated the PGA Tour, but he never gave up the secret. For years, golf writers interviewed him asking about the secret, but Hogan knew they would neither understand nor believe his secret, so he gave them what they were looking for... A quick tip that would get golfers excited about the game.

Well, at the time I felt there was much more than Hogan led anyone to believe, so I decided it was time to separate fact from fiction and find the real secret everyone was asking for... I almost bit off more than I could chew as it took 10 years of research both inside and outside of the world of golf to uncover the real truth... And 10 more to develop it into a consistent formula... But it was well worth the effort...

Because what I found was beyond anything I could possibly imagine...

I discovered crucial fundamentals that make the difference between success and frustration on the golf course regardless of the style of swing you may be using to strike the golf ball.

This is the information professional golfers rely on and better amateur golfers are always asking for... The "secrets" that make the real difference for a consistent powerful golf game.

In just 4 days...

Tracy,
I'm 15 years old and golf every single day. Occasionally I would fire some rounds in the low 70s, but during tournaments I could never break 80.

I first read your information about a week ago and the first day I tried your setup routine. I was hitting the ball awesome, consistently.

From that day I had 4 days to prepare for my tournament. All 4 days of practice I shot in the mid to low 70s. Then the real test came. The first day of the tournament I played great. I hit 13 greens, missed only 2 fairways, and was averaging about 270 per drive. My driving distance went up about 50 yards and I hit 8 more greens than my average. I shot a 77 missing 4 birdies inside ten feet, 3 3-putts, and 3 missed 3-footers. I could have easily shot under par.

The second day I putted a little better and struck the ball about the same. I shot a 74 missing 3 3-footers and won my tournament by 7 strokes. I had finally broke 80 in a tournament.

Thanks for helping me win a trophy and a $320 gift certificate to the pro shop!

Quick results from the start...

When I discovered the secret... I really wasn't sure what I had at first. But when I applied it to my golf swing, I almost couldn't miss the ball!

So I asked my friend Rich to try it, and he started hitting the ball near perfectly. His next round was a 74. He won the Club Championship that year and he hasn't shot above 79 since.

And once I really understood the secret, I could see where Hogan used it in his swing when I watched his videos. I saw how he hinted at the secret in his books, but without understanding the secret first, there is no way to see it in his swing.

Now, after ten more years developing and teaching this discovery, it is so simple that a beginner can understand it, yet so powerful that even the best professionals find their own "edge" using it.

When I met Tracy Reed, it became evident that he had the ability to organize information while creating an atmosphere for processing body awareness. He has strong motivational skills, which I have employed as a golf coach on the developmental tours where aspiring golf pros are honing their skills to reach the next level.

This secret also solves the three biggest problems professional golfers have to fix to win consistently on tour:

  • How to get your golf swing back right away if it stops working on the golf course.

  • How to completely remove distracting thoughts from the golf swing.

  • How to remove all doubt from a golfer's mind and give them confidence to win under pressure.

Wowed after a few pages...

Hello Tracy,

I was wowed today.

I was practicing at my local driving range and one of my teachers (this guy gave me one 30 minutes lesson once) was going to the course with another guy. It's a 9 holes course, all Par 3. Anyway, I was just warming up and he turned to me and said, "Jo, come play with us." I had just arrived and made probably less then 10 warm up shots with my 8 iron. At first I said no, but he persisted so I went off with them.

Thank you so much for these routines. I didn't slice a single shot today.

I was wowed at a 145 meters PAR 3 hole, when I hit my 6 Iron against a strong wind and the ball landed on the green and stopped immediately, digging a small hole in it. I scored 3 strokes on that hole and my teacher scored 4. He looked at me and said, "You're handicap 28 my a$$!".

This was already the best hole of my short golf life. You cannot imagine the wind! I finished an amazing +7, my teacher +2, and the other guy, handicap 15 finished +12!

Your manual is my bible! Thank you so much for this REALLY impressive and valuable info.

Best regards,

Joao Vaz,
Portugal

So, what do PGA pros know that will help you get the results you're looking for?

Watch enough golf and you'll realize that no two golf swings on the PGA Tour are the same (Jim Furyk, Chris DiMarco, Fred Couples, John Daly, e.g.) yet professional golfers play at a level most amateurs can only dream about...

So how is it possible?

Because there are key hidden fundamentals the best professional golfers rely on in their golf game that most amateurs don't know about...

But these secrets have always been reserved for the golfers who "paid their dues" to get to the upper level of their profession.

But when applied to any golf swing properly, these concepts can make a big difference to an average golfer too...

Recently, I gave a single golf lesson (only 30 minutes) to a 17 handicap golfer named Mike. After a week of working on his own with this golf instruction, smiling from ear to ear, Mike brought me a golf ball with the inscription, 1 over par. And for the next thirty minutes he told me about every shot in that round...

And after only one week, Mike shot 1 over par... Just one lesson...and in only one week.

Kevin gave his first lesson after only four days......

Tracy,
I wanted to pass on a GREAT story that happened to me today at the range.

I was going through my routine, hitting some good shots, and the person next to me was receiving an hour of instruction. He wasn't getting anywhere, and to be real honest the instruction wasn't very good.

Well, when I'd glance over and watch this guy swing I could SEE his right foot rolling over and his right knee straightening and going to the right and then I could SEE his weight dramatically shift to outside his left foot and his left knee would swing out.

His instructor outfitted him with some weird contraption and told him to swing it back because, "he had to build muscle memory." When he did this, you could still SEE his balance way off.
Basically, the instructor was saying EVERYTHING that you don't! It was sadly comical. The instruction was going nowhere.
You could tell the poor sap was frustrated (I know I've been there).

So his instruction finishes and he decides he's going to hit another bucket to work on it all . He turns to me and says, "I see you hit the ball pretty well, do you notice anything?" (I promise this story is real) I say, suppressing laughter because a mere four days ago I was in the same boat as this guy, "Why don't you try this......."

To nobody's surprise but this guy's, he sends a beautiful 8-iron shot high in the air and straight. I then proceeded to tell him my story about how your's is the greatest golf instruction I've ever received and 4 days ago my shots were uglier than his and I gave him the web site address. Now he's hitting some good looking golf shots.

Now here's the kicker...he pulls out his wallet and offers ME $70 and says, "I just paid that bastard in there $70 and he didn't do a damn thing so I might as well pay it to somebody that helped!" I politely refused and told him to visit your site.

If going from a hack to a "golf instructor" in 4-days isn't the best testimony to your instruction, then I don't know what is!!!

Thanks again!
Kevin

The core problem for golfers... Just one routine will fix it.

If you've ever gone to the driving range and hit the ball well, knowing you were going to play your best golf ever... And later you lost your golf swing, didn't know why, and wanted to break every club over your knee, first of all...

Don't despair, it's not your fault... But until you understand why it happens, there's nothing you can do to stop it.

And don't blame the golf instruction either...

Because there's nothing wrong with the instruction you've had in the past, it's just missing one very important detail...

It's just that traditional golf instruction is missing a consistent way to repeat your golf swing every time you hit the golf ball.

Until now, golfers have been taught to use "Muscle Memory", which uses repetition and muscle feedback to remember the golf swing, but there are two glaring reasons muscle memory doesn't work...

  • When it comes down to it, every swing you make is different, so the feedback from the muscles is different... It's like trying to memorize a thousand words by reading each word only one time!

  • And, your muscles send the brain different feedback as they get tired or stiff from swinging the golf club... Like trying to remember the same thousand words spelled wrong!

Simply put, your swing changes as your muscles loosen up, get tired or become stiff. Since the feedback to the brain is different for every swing, every swing is new and the brain doesn't know which one to remember, so it can only remember a very general picture of your golf swing... which is why your golf swing is a little different every time! It's a no-win situation.

And, like it or not, it happens to every golfer and no amount of muscle memory based golf swing instruction can account for this change in body condition.

And this is the very reason why most golfers don't know from day to day how their swing will work.

Technically, the problem isn't your golf swing! It's that the brain is guessing every time you make a new golf swing. Those guesses are based on a general idea of the swing the brain has created from the variety of past swing repetitions you have made, but to be deadly accurate, your brain needs an exact golf swing "map" in memory for your body to follow.

A bit of common sense...

"They say that the golf swing is 90% mental and 10% physical, but the mind controls that 10% too... So the golf swing is really 100% mental..."

And on today's PGA Tour?

Today, the top PGA Tour professionals are tuned to their swing changes, and can adapt and correct their swing using special routines to keep playing and scoring well, even under tournament pressure...

You can see this process in action right on TV every time you watch a tournament. The routines professionals use before hitting their shots are used to adjust their swings to the weather conditions, pace of play, and how tight or loose their muscles feel before they hit the ball.

How do they do it?... It's more than just using routines...

The big secret to making the routines you see on TV work isn't just the routine, but also how golfers use the special feedback that those routines provide that allows them to stay up with their game and adjust to conditions.

Because those routines and the feedback they provide allow professional golfers to check and adjust their swings during the round as their body muscle dynamics change. It also helps them to remove thought from the swing. These routines are why professional golfers are referred to as "feel" golfers.

And when average golfers understand this alternative feedback and how to use it, they drop strokes overnight without ever changing their swings.

The bonus? Any golfer can use these same routines to adjust their golf swing and keep it working well...

But the real paradox is that even with solid proof, only the best golfers ever use this secret to improve their game...

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results... Maybe that's why non-golfers think avid golfers are crazy! I've seen so many golfers go through the same cycle and have instructors show them the same swing fix every year, only to have to go back to the instructor again and again when the latest fix wears off. Often, I meet golfers who would love to improve their game, but when I ask them why they don't work on their game any more, they tell me that they can't find anything that will stick and they're sick of starting over with their swing every year. Instead they play, drink, make excuses, say it's just for fun... and suffer inside because they believe they could be better if they only found that one thing.

Well, fellow golfer, I suffered for years in those very shoes, and I can only say, this is that one thing.

The mindset that separates professional golfers from amateurs.

"I've worked with Tracy for years and had nothing but success. His visualization techniques are the best I have ever seen, and his ground breaking Dynamic Balance routines are something that every golfer, whether beginner or professional should use."

Gary Brewer II, PGA Professional

"I have had more success, higher finishes, and bigger paychecks in the 2 months since I worked with Tracy than I did in the previous 4 years... and the results have been almost instantaneous."

If your goal is a better, more consistent game with better ball striking and fewer mistakes, read on...

So, what is the crucial element that every golf swing has to have in order to consistently strike the ball center face?

It's been right under our noses for years...

  • Michael Murphy alluded to it through his character, Shivas Irons in "Golf in the Kingdom"... (It hit me on the third reading)

  • Sam Snead used it when he practiced barefoot...

  • It was Ben Hogan's hidden secret, how he could play and win in severe pain after a near fatal car accident where he was never expected to play golf again, and why he was so accurate on the golf course.

  • Tiger Woods discovered it's best use during The Open at Carnoustie in 2007, took this secret to a much higher level, and went on to dominate the FEDEX Cup contest.

But Ben Hogan received major attention because he used his secret to completely turn his game around and create a level of consistency that no other golfer to date has been able to reproduce... Until Tiger.

But Hogan's secret wasn't where everyone was looking...

The real scoop...

Over the years, Ben Hogan's secret has been credited to many different golf tips. Why so many different tips? Don't get mad, but I'm going to be frank... Because the name Hogan with the word "tips" sells books, magazines, and videos! Besides that, it is easy to link any tip to Hogan's swing because his swing worked flawlessly and golfers want to believe that there was one technical move that defined him...

But this secret was overlooked because everyone was looking at Hogan's swing from the outside and Hogan's secret has to be seen from the inside looking out to truly understand how it worked.

The setup, the special wrist angles, and the swing plane, were all RESULTS of his secret. The secret showed Hogan the swing that fit his body and it made that swing consistent.

And to date, Hogan's consistency has never been matched. People used to joke that Hogan was so consistent that the second day of a tournament, he played out of his divots from the first day.

OK, here it is...

Hogan's hidden secret to accuracy and now the same process Tiger is fine tuning, is a process used during practice routines to accurately sense internal feedback, and create a mental "swing map" to store into memory. The map is used to monitor and adjust the golf swing as needed to make up for changes in the body or unusual conditions on the golf course during a round of golf.

Stay with me for a minute...

Since the process does not use Muscle Memory, any golfer can compare their golf swing to the swing map and adjust the golf swing as muscle dynamics change, which prevents losing valuable strokes.

I realize it sounds complicated, but here's the beauty of it... Your brain already performs this task for every movement you make, but it's only used to keep you from falling down when you move... In other words, it is used for Balance. But the brain's current map isn't detailed enough to control a task as complicated as the golf swing...

So Hogan figured out the link between balance feedback and muscle control to make the most accurate repeatable swing of all time.

Hogan's secret wasn't his golf swing, but how he controlled his swing movement while allowing maximum power that made him deadly accurate.

Better yet, adding more detail to this process created the mental pictures Hogan needed and made visualization almost automatic.

This is where Tiger is now, using visualization after rounds rather than hitting balls on the range to correct his errors on the golf course. He says he can actually feel his shots during his mental practice.

But here's where Hogan turned the golf swing upside down...

Hogan used this visual mapping process to adapt his golf swing fit his body structure. On the golf course, he could adjust his swing if needed to continue to strike the ball well. This allowed Hogan to play great golf and dominate the field in all types of conditions.

And Hogan also used this process to more accurately shape golf shots. Rather than remembering all of the physical combinations that will cause certain shot patterns, he would simply adjust the picture in his mind and the body would follow.

Watch Tiger's pre-shot routines. He's doing the same thing.

So why is this secret so hard to find?

Because the secret is not a part of the physical golf swing... But rather a combination of the physical and mental parts of the golf swing. It is the glue that holds all the parts of the swing together.

Yet, in spite of all of the living proof of it's importance, Instructors won't teach it because most believe the average golfer doesn't need it, and (here's where my blood gets boiling) if you ask, they say the average golfer wouldn't understand it... Shouldn't that decision be left to you?

It only takes an open mind to take advantage of swing mapping technology and best of all, it works without distracting you from your game plan.

And it's no longer a difficult process...

Because I've taken the time to simplify the process into sets of routines that, practiced properly, give a clear mental picture of your golf swing map to make the swing solid, consistent, and repeatable... All without thinking about it.

Best of all, these routines will automatically make the minor adjustments you need so your swing will fit your body, so it is more comfortable, and easier to repeat without thinking your way through each shot.

So, when you shoot a great score one day, and shoot a really terrible round the next time out, the biggest frustration is not really knowing why it happened.

Well, the "not knowing why" part is what Hogan conquered, and what golfers around the world have overcome to play consistently great golf using Golf Swing Control.

Introducing Golf Swing Control...

At the urging of many of my early students, I have written down the details of my discovery into an instruction course called Golf Swing Control.

And I wrote this letter to explain how Golf Swing Control gets such extraordinary results so you can see where it may fit into your overall plan.

First, it's important to tell you that Golf Swing Control is not a system, but rather the core of the golf swing based on the science of Biomechanics and the working of the mind and body that will also help you understand and make any other method you may have tried finally work.

Because Golf Swing Control gets fast, effective results, many of my students tell me they never look for golf tips or instruction any more.

So if you have decided to finally take control of your golf game, Golf Swing Control was developed to show golfers how to "grab the bull by the horns" and conquer any golf course they wish to play.

And while you're here, make sure you try out the free instruction on this page, and...

Take your time and see if this makes sense before you decide either way.

Don't forget, If you have questions, email or call me. I'll be happy to answer them.

Here's a small sample of the information found in Golf Swing Control...

  • Choke-Proof your golf swing...Learn the techniques that the gurus teach their professionals to keep their swing in tune on the golf course under the high pressure of tournament golf...

  • How tour players generate immense swing power while making their swing virtually effortless.

  • The truth about 1 plane - 2 plane theories - why it's just another theory cooked up to confuse you and keep you coming back for more instruction.

  • The most common mistake golfers make that ruins their swing before they even start the backswing.

  • The simple secret of visualization and how this secret makes the swing automatic.

  • The controversy over balance training; does it help your swing?

  • Why golf psychology can be your enemy during the golf swing.

  • How to focus like Tiger.

  • The most common reason golfers hit it sideways so you never see that shot again.

  • Your right elbow... how to keep it from throwing the whole swing off.

  • Improve your short game and putting accuracy... one simple adjustment that increases your putting accuracy by 32%.

  • How Tour players find "The Zone" for every shot... and see every shot clearly in your mind before you swing the club.

  • Reduce your scores by up to 12 strokes in as little as 1 week...

  • The single, most crucial element your golf swing needs to consistently strike the ball center face...

  • Compound the power in your swing by using leverage...rather than muscle, so even the little guys can out-drive their competition

  • How to be accurate... consistently... no more good day, bad day tournaments.

  • Find your swing in as little as 10 practice swings..... even on those days when you can't seem to feel anything...

  • Short game secrets to get up and down from a trash can if you need to...

  • The mental trick for shaping your full shots either way without changing your setup.

  • How to remember the golf instruction you learn at any golf school vacation so your money isn't wasted weeks later because you've forgotten most of what you were shown.

  • Play with a level of confidence other golfers will respect whenever they see you step onto a golf course.

  • Increase accuracy with your approach shots...this one critical setup detail will almost force the club to stay on plane...

  • The 5 critical elements of the choke proof golf swing...that separate tour players from amateurs...and how to use these elements to improve your golf swing and your focus. Start playing better in hours rather than weeks...

  • How to make difficult golf shots consistently on the golf course without thinking about your swing...

So why wasn't this information discovered by a famous golf guru?

Because golf gurus haven't had to live with this problem they way their students do.

When I started this project over 21 years ago, I was a frustrated amateur golfer who just wanted to stop having those rounds where a sudden unexplained swing problem ruined an otherwise great round.

I thought it would be cool to make it to the PGA Tour but I had already lost more tournaments than I can count because of this mysterious problem nobody could help me with. I was so frustrated, I was ready to just quit golf altogether.

Fortunately, I was raised to never accept failure, but rather see difficulties as a temporary setback.

I knew from watching touring professionals that there was something about the golf swing they knew that I was missing, yet 5 of the best instructors I could find were not able to answer my questions...

Nor could I find the answers in any written or video golf instruction available... I had never had that much difficulty solving any problem I had encountered before.

So I started thinking that there was some kind of conspiracy to keep the real facts from average golfers, maybe to make the pros look that much better...

Yeah, it's crazy, but I couldn't help but to believe that something wasn't right.

Most golf swing tips don't work. My simple golf instruction based on Ben Hogan's real secret will show you your personal perfect swing. Golf biomechanics plus feel for a consistent winning golf game.

About the Author

The purpose of this instruction is to find your core golf swing, show you the routines to make it work for your body, and then, show you how it feels so that you don't forget it 3 days later.

This is the absolute fastest method for attaining your best golf game ever....

More importantly, you won't ever lose it again.

Well, golf isn't one of those things you just quit, and I knew in my heart that if the pros on tour could play this game well, so could I...

So to solve this golf mystery, I researched golfers throughout history, and spent 10 years of additional research outside of golf, which included Physics, Biomechanics, and the workings of the brain, and became a Golf Biomechanic myself.

It took a lot of time, but failure was not an option. The extra research filled in the blanks and led me to the unwritten secret... the missing link between the mind and body that allows pinpoint feel and control of body movement, which I then applied to the golf swing.

Once I worked out the finer details of using my new-found secret, I finally understood how all of the different golf theories got started, but more importantly, I understood how to make it work for me, I stopped having those disaster holes, and my scores improved dramatically. When I showed my friends the secret, their scores dropped, they won more bets, and they won more tournaments too.

I had found the missing link between the mind and the body in golf that answered the mechanical and mental questions about golf that plague most golfers...

And more importantly, I figured out HOW TO MAKE IT WORK, which is the part that is left out of most golf instruction.

This is information any golfer must know before they can develop a powerful, consistent golf swing that will hold up on the golf course AND it's the real secret to keeping your own mind from ruining your game...

And it just can't be found in any other publication available to the golfing public.

Nick is back on track after just one hour with Tracy...

After only 1 hour with Tracy, Nick shot a 67 his first time out
after an 8 month layoff due to an injury.

"I never expected to break 80..."

Click here to hear his story.

So why don't I play on the PGA Tour?

Unfortunately, during my quest to play professional golf, I had an non-golf related accident that left me with a back injury that keeps me from playing competitive golf. I was playing great golf, but the tiniest mistake left me limping off of the golf course. Although I could play one maybe two rounds of golf in the same week, playing four rounds of tournament golf in a row including practice every day is much more than my back can handle even in my best physical condition.

But I had come too far to let it go and walk away. I decided that it was time to develop this crucial discovery to help other golfers achieve their goals... My loss became a gain for thousands of golfers.

And since I made that decision, this revolutionary discovery has helped over 6500 golfers, from beginners to professional golfers across 37 countries to gain distance, accuracy and consistency far greater and faster than they had ever expected.

Now there's no reason to wonder...

  • Why you miss those easy golf shots that you know you should make without a second thought.

  • Why you're playing rough, trees, ponds, and bunkers, when you know you should be playing fairways and greens...

  • Why it's either the irons or the woods that aren't working during a round...

No time for practice?..Not a problem.

Hi Tracy,

I am a golfer playing off a 3 handicap who plays on average once every 5 weeks, so it sometimes difficult to maintain the handicap. However, I regularly get comments from my fellow peers asking how I maintain a good strike/control whilst playing minimal golf.

I have read many books over the years, and all have been of benefit, but I think the way you have explained the effectiveness of the swing is simple and easy to digest.

I now enjoy my golf more than ever, having developed a mental attitude that used to come as second nature when I was playing a lot of amateur golf in my younger days.

The benefits have been forthcoming, winning back to back club championships (at my local course) and the handicap match play title in the same year.

I used to play golf with Phil Price at junior level (European PGA pro)back in the 80's and almost feel that I could now give him a run for his money!

Busting a Big Golf Myth...

The "experts" say that it takes 21 days of practice hitting hundreds of golf balls to make one permanent change to your golf swing........

But not any more...

Because it takes 21 days if you use their Muscle Memory methods...

Muscle Memory Facts

But with Golf Swing Control, you make positive, permanent changes to your swing in a few hours and sometimes in just minutes.

Hi Tracy,
I just wanted to start off by saying that I am progressing very nicely. I am making shots like never before. I went from 220-250 off of the tee to 270-290 almost religiously. I cracked one 329 the other day as well (although it was down hill). My iron play has dramatically changed as well; on target and a lot longer.

I thought I was a good player before this but now I realize there is much more out there.

Thank you,

Understanding swing mapping is the real difference between an 18 handicap and scratch golf.

The swing mapping process contains routines designed to automatically adjust to any golfer's body....to adjust and maintain the best swing for your body type, whatever it may be.....

So there's no more worrying about whether your knees or your grip, or any other part of your setup is right.....The routines take care of it and remove the need to think about it.

And whether you are shorter, skinnier, heavier or taller than normal... or an average size golfer, these routines help to quickly tune your swing so that it is powerful and consistent.

You're only as old as you feel.....

Hi Tracy,

The Golf Swing Control manual has been a revelation to my golf game. I am a 15.8 index but not for long. I am hitting the ball off the tee 50 yards further than I ever have in my life and my irons are now 10-15 yards longer.

The funny part is that I am 63 and playing the longest golf of my life.

I am now hitting my drives 280+ and in the fairway. My length is now allowing me to hit 9s and PWs rather than 5 or 6s.

Well that is it from Northern Illinois. The weather is finally getting warm after a miserable winter and it is time to lower my index to single digits.

Thanks for connecting to my brain,

A very frequently asked question.....

"I am very athletic and strong, but I get out driven by 50 year-olds at my club. How is this possible?"

The surprising answer......

Using the muscles improperly to gain power can hurt you in golf....

Because there's a difference in the strength used in most sports and the strength used in golf.

In most sports, athletes use muscle contraction for power. But in golf the opposite is true. In golf, power is stored and released using the muscle's elasticity rather than the process of contraction...

I find that many golfers make their backswing with the idea of getting the club to a place where they can swing down hard at the ball using muscle contraction. But besides creating a swing path that often digs up some pretty big chunks of turf, contraction changes the club path and locks up muscle groups, moving the club off the proper swing plane.

Instead, the body should store power using the elastic properties in the muscles of the lower body during the backswing and release the power during the downswing. This golf swing creates power without extra effort and allows the club to stay on plane for that nice crisp click that comes from perfect contact.

That's how those skinny guys on tour can strike the ball so purely and hit it so far with such an easy swing....

When Charles Howell III weighed in at only 155 lbs., he still easily drove it past the 300-yard mark.

With the proper storage and release of power, the resulting swing makes more club head speed than can ever be made using muscle contraction. It's easier to remember and control with much less practice... And you'll find the ball in the fairway more often.

To clear things up, THIS IS NOT the X-factor. The X-factor was responsible for most of the back problems associated with golf during the last 15 years and I do not advocate it. I am one of those golfers who is now sidelined because of X-factor instruction. It was is the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back"... In this case, it aggravated a prior injury beyond the point of return.

"Dropped from an 18 handicap, struggling to catch a par now and then... down to scratch golf."

Tracy,

At the end of the golf season last fall, shooting sub par was as easy as walking down the street to get a beer (this IS Milwaukee).

I played no less than 5 rounds a week for three weeks right before it turned cold (a guy has to have his priorities in order). Each time I played during that streak, I was below par by anywhere from two to three strokes (depending on the course). I didn't lose a single golf ball for the entire run.

My shot was so smooth and so effortless that I tried hitting over a water obstacle to shorten a long par 5 one day. That very same hole previously cost me three golf balls and six strokes over three separate rounds this past spring. The tee shot for that hole has to be no less than 320 yards (a conservative estimate). There's not many golfers that haven't tried and failed to overcome the water on that hole. I can still feel the shot because it was like nothing I've ever felt before. An easy as pie swing that was as smooth as glass. When the ball left I thought I could hear it sizzle. When it landed and finished its roll out, I was WAY out past the water sitting in the fairway about 60 yards from the green looking at an eagle approach (yes sir, I eagled THAT hole).

It gets better...the last round I played before everything closed down for the winter was up at Fire Ridge (North of Milwaukee). I played in the short grass the entire round. Killed another eagle and put down five birdies. Best of all, no bogey holes for the entire round (that's seven under par). The longest putt I had was a 30 footer, uphill, against the grain on 15 and I drained it like a sink.

My score at the end of the round was 65. That 18 hole score was better than my all time best 66, 22 years ago and this was a tougher course.

I know that you get letters all the time telling you how much of an improvement your golf philosophy makes in someone's game. Just wanted you to know that what you have taken the time to share with us hacks out here works as advertised.

Your philosophy works like nothing else I've ever tried or read about and I am just glad you took the time to share it with the rest of us. That is what's important in all this.

Looking forward to hot weather, fast greens,

These professional level routines cover every part of the golf game.

They are both mental and physical routines that will simplify everything from putting to driving, from course management to blocking out distractions on the course.

And once you learn them, You'll kick yourself wondering how you could have missed the real simplicity of golf all of this time.

( HERE'S YOUR FREE LESSON. )

The most crucial part of the swing......

If the setup isn't right, the rest of the swing has little chance for success.

And every time I show a golfer this routine, even right on the golf course, no matter how badly they're playing, it immediately gets them back to playing in the fairway.

Because the setup routine is the biggest factor that helps them to strike the ball on center more often.

This setup routine alone took 10 years to perfect so that it would work for any golfer or any club, but you have to pay attention to the details.

So if you take your time and really feel your balance during the exercise, you'll have mastered the first step towards controlling and correcting your swing....

Because the first rule of Dynamic Balance states that you must start movement from a balanced position or your body will fight itself in an effort to balance itself, throwing the club off plane, costing you accuracy and distance.

So take a minute and put the first step in this process to the Test... Be careful. This looks like a standard routine, but pay strict attention to detail and you'll see and feel the difference...

Click here for your free lesson
(Button will open a new page.)

For most golfers, this setup routine cures a majority of the swing flaws they have, for example:

For example, if you fight a slide during your swing, one change to your setup position will fix the original cause of the slide....without that change, nothing else, except luck, will fix it....

Yet a majority of golf instructors don't ever mention this all-important detail to the stance. (I wish I could tell you why, but I can't.)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Stop for a second and remember what was going through your mind during the setup routine...

(If you haven't tried the FREE LESSON yet, you missed the best part of this web site.)

The core idea behind the setup routine... It's not what most think...

As you looked down range while trying to feel the balance in your feet, you probably saw an image of the bottom of your feet in your mind...

If so...CONGRATULATIONS: You've just experienced the link between feel and visualization.

(If you didn't visualize your feet, try the routine again and concentrate on feeling the details of the bottoms of your feet. Doing the routine barefoot helps.)

So if visualization is new to you, you'll learn how to become a master of visualization using Golf Swing Control. If you already use visualization, you'll find out how to make it automatic. And you'll want to learn how to visualize...

Because visualization is the key to blocking out distractions and maintaining full focus on the golf course... without the mental stress of distracting thoughts ruining your game.

One of the hidden secrets?... Following the details of the setup procedure automatically gets you started with the visualization process for the shot.

So, what about Jack Nicklaus and his "swing thoughts"?

I's commonly known that Jack Nicklaus kept one or two swing thoughts in his mind when he played golf. But that very fact has thrown golfers off for years because he didn't keep conscious swing thoughts they way most golfers think he did... Jack turned his swing thoughts into pictures, and added those pictures into his on-course routines. But there was a little more that was never written down...

Hi Tracy,

I had my first proper golf tournament this weekend and I'm happy to say that a 68 (-4) won it for me. I struck the ball solidly and although I was disappointed with my putting I cant really complain about the way I played considering I never start the season well.

I hit 15 greens, made 3 birdies and a bogey on each 9. So I was pretty happy with my start to the season and have come down .5 in my handicap rating straight away. I also treated every result the same, whether it be par bogey or birdie and enjoyed myself the whole round. My mind set is completely different from last year where I would get wound up pretty easily if I didn't make a putt for example. Now I simply except everything that happens and am happy as long as I have focused properly.

Golf really is just all in the mind.

Thanks,

How the simple secret of visualization makes golf easy...

Once you learn how to tap into the mapping process, you'll see your golf swing just as if you were watching it on video... As you are swinging the club.

So when you feel that something is wrong with your swing, just stop and rewind your mental video. You can visualize exactly what's happening and correct your swing on the spot rather than waiting until after the round... when it's too late.

Take a minute to watch what do PGA golfers do when they make a bad shot on the golf course...

They make a slow swing or two to feel and visually analyze in their mind what just happened. Then they make minor adjustments and the shot is out of their head before they get to the next shot. It's a simple routine that allows you to know what your swing looks like, fix it without a coach or mirrors, and keep that shot from bothering you again.

PGA pros who know their own swings already use this process to stay in control on the golf course......that's what keeps them on top.

And it is what separates the PGA top 125 from golfers who can't seem to stay on tour....

"...Players are often looking for ways to monitor their feel."

Jim Flick, Golf Digest, Feb, 2005

How about Tiger and feel? Read this quote from Golf Digest about Tiger's mental game from his caddie...

"I'll tell you 100 percent what happened," says Williams (Tiger's caddie). "Tiger came back from Carnoustie, and instead of spending hours on the practice field, he just tried to picture how he wanted to swing the club. He used what Hank was telling him to do - which he had been having quite a bit of difficulty putting into practice - and went about getting swing thoughts organized and the right mental picture. He came to Firestone having done little actual practice, but from that point on, he had a mental image of himself that he was able to relate to the movement of his body."

"And each week he played, he got a little bit better right up to the Tour Championship. His rhythm and balance with every club were exceptional, and never changed. In the 10 years I've been with him, it was the best stretch I've ever seen Tiger play." That process was how Woods came closer than he has ever been to "owning" his swing, to borrow the phrase that has been his goal since he began working with Haney in early 2004."

This is a process that isn't limited to Tour pros. Golf Swing Control teaches ordinary golfers this very process. It's easier than it sounds.

Tracy,
I put my reputation on the line Saturday and decided that the first thing that I would address with each pupil at the clinic was their balance throughout the swing.

Normally, the first thing I address is their grip, then stance, then posture, etc...

I must admit that they got results quicker using the dynamic balance approach than I get normally.

And the magnitude of the improvement was such that they were amazed at their shot consistency.

While the other fundamentals are still very important to the golf swing, and I will never abandon them. I will be using your techniques with all my students from now on.
Thank you,

Hi Tracy,

After 13+ years of chasing a golf swing, for the first time I feel like I know what to look for and feel in my golf swing.

Your information makes sense, your drills are helpful, and the way you hammer home the same consistent message is much appreciated. What is interesting is my focus is better and centered on the right thing and my practices are more productive...

I feel like a student studying hard and learning about something that excites me.

Thanks for the direction and support.

PS: I am having more fun practicing and golfing than I have in a long time.

Does the first drive decide how your round goes?

How many times do you get to the golf course late with just enough time to hurry to the first tee?

So, how's that first drive? Do you hit the ball and start giving excuses?

Imagine instead...

That you step up to the first tee with no more practice than a few warm up swings...

...Except that those warm up swings have prepared you mentally and physically for that all-important first drive. You casually set up and rip one long... right down the fairway. Your foursome stares in amazement as the golf ball sizzles away and splits the morning air...

And walking off the tee box, you smile to yourself... Because you know they would give their right arm to know how you do it... (On the golf course, it's better to receive excuses than to give them.)

And the golfers who truly understand the secrets of swing mapping, can do it every time... while their foursome stares in amazement... checking their pockets to make sure they can cover their bets.

John Butcher shot an opening round 65 to win his Club Championship just 2 weeks after starting Golf Swing Control.....

Hi Tracy,
I am a delighted customer....

I spent more time with my setup routine and visualization techniques than anything else. But what you managed to teach me in the course of a few days over the Internet is simply amazing!

I couldn't quite figure out why I wasn't getting that "spank the back of the ball" feeling with my driver and that little draw that comes from a well-struck inside-out swing. Well, it's back. And if I lose it on the course, I can make and feel the adjustments to get back on track.

Thanks for everything. Best,

Radical approach or just common sense?

If you compare Golf Swing Control to mainstream golf instruction, my methods will look a little different.

But when you apply the science of Biomechanics to both types of instruction, the methods I use make logical sense, because they follow the rules of Biomechanics, while mainstream golf instruction fights Biomechanics every inch of the way...

So why do most golf instructors still teach using ineffective methods?... MONEY! Don't fall for it. It's time to break away and play golf the way you were meant to play.

Bill won The Kentucky State Seniors his first time out.....

Tracy,
What can I say? When I started your program, I was inconsistent to say the least but had a goal to reach 3 handicap from a 5. My last 6 scores are 72 from the tips (7000 yard course), 72, 74 with a triple bogey (dumb mental mistake), 69 and 70.

My index is now 2.7 and I have more confidence that I am going down even more, possibly scratch. Every aspect from driving, iron play, chipping, putting and bunker play has improved immeasurably.

This is getting fun again and I am 57 years old.
I have never driven the ball as far as I am now. I am 5'8" and 155 lbs and out-drive my playing competitors who are much, much bigger than me. They can't believe what they see but are getting use to it.

Thanks so much for your efforts as I am having the ball of my life.

A definite tool to have under tournament pressure....

When it comes down to the wire, the greatest golfers in the world hit the best shots to win tournaments while under the greatest pressure.....

Golfers who have mastered this simple process find the game of golf is simply child's play because they find it very easy to maintain focus over the ball..

And using focus allows you to forget all of the the golf psychology you'll hear from the mental game "gurus". No more worrying about having "the wrong thoughts" in your head. Just tee it up and play golf.

Excited in Ireland.....

Hi Tracy,
Just a quick update on where my game is.

For the past 10 weeks, I am getting much more consistent and am regularly playing to my handicap of 13. However the last 2 rounds have been very special.

I shot 7 over 79 gross on a course I never played before. This included two bad double bogeys on 9 and 18. Then last Sunday, I shot 36 points for 15 holes in the club winter competition, with no score on the 1st hole. I played 2 to 11 in 2 under par!

Thanks for all the help. I can't wait for the new season to start next March.

For golfers who have tried other golf programs and didn't get good results... there's good news...

Because swing mapping complements other instruction programs and answers questions that they may have been left unanswered.

So if you feel that you didn't get your money's worth from someone else's product you've purchased in the past, Golf Swing Control will help you make sense of your past golf instruction too...I'll stake my reputation on it.

The secret to great golf is almost too close to see it....

The First Secret to great golf cannot be found in the golf swing.....

Because it's the ability to control your golf swing for accuracy while using your maximum power
that will lower your golf scores and make you play consistently...

And control comes from awareness of body feedback...

For example: A slide in many cases is simply the lack of control over the target side leg during the downswing. The fix is just an awareness of one feel point in the body that controls the whole left side...

Yet most golfers actually fight against their natural control process, making their swing harder to keep on plane, let alone have any control over it.

The funny thing is that the control factors are simple but few instructors have taken the time to really understand how they work. It is merely a matter of improving your awareness of your swing map. These tiny adjustments make the biggest difference in your swing control.

And just adding this simple process to your swing allows you to correct any swing flaw you might encounter with your own self-analysis of a few easy golf swings so you can keep your game on track and win bets and tournaments when the big pressure is on.

Would you like your golf swing to be ready and working well when you finally have time to play?

Even after months away from golf, golfers using this program are giving a swing clinic after a few minutes of just swinging a club.

Now for some bad news......

You're still going to miss some shots now and then....

After all, even Ben Hogan admitted to only hitting a few "perfect" shots per round....so why was he so accurate?

Because a truly great golf swing is judged by how the missed shots turn out... not by the great shots as many would think. Just like Hogan, having very minor misses makes scoring well easy.

Roy dropped 11 strokes after a 6 year layoff from golf.....

Tracy,
Great Book. The 1st time I tried it, I shot 86 which was 11-12 strokes under what I've been shooting recently since I re-started playing after laying off 6 yrs.....Then a 90 and then only 7 over on 9 holes.

What I find SO GREAT is that the power generated is unbelievable and again like you said... after the magic move... the swing is over so quickly with astonishing results and WITH NO EFFORT AT ALL. I cannot believe how easily I am hitting all my clubs and with EFFORTLESS POWER.

No more hitting buckets of balls to keep my swing...just those swing exercises you recommend and a couple times at the range. That is the reason I am happy. I don't have to struggle with this game and I can still be a decent player without having to play so often.

Making golf simple for disabled golfers......

I've taught beginners and pros, blind golfers, golfers with fused vertebrae in their back, and golfers with replacement hips.

And Golf Swing Control was the key to helping them once again enjoy golf on a regular basis.

Helping golfers to "see" better?

...After receiving your Golf Swing Control Course, I did as you advised and read through it without doing the drills. Since reading it I have played two rounds on two of the most difficult par three courses where I live. One course is long by design and the other, due to the wind Gods.

Thanks to the Golf Swing Control Course I shot a 32 and a 33, (5 and 6 over par) concentrating on nothing but balance. My pitching and chipping have improved dramatically, but more impressive to me is how confident I feel standing over a shot.

What my score does not indicate is the fact that I am legally blind and have played golf for only a year.

I play with a coach who lines me up on the tee and advises me on wind, hole placement and any other matters of importance. She lines up my putts after I have walked them for distance. I mention this because my coach was not available for the two rounds I spoke of earlier. I played with two neighbors who have been golfing for three months and neither had ever helped me play.

But, the fact is without your Course I would never have had the confidence to feel comfortable playing without my golf coach.

Thank you

Once considered "radical", this golf instruction is now getting attention from the "Top 100" instructors in America...but I'm concerned...

Because recently, in GOLF Magazine, Peter Kostis had an article about the "New X Factor"... A "new" change to the original theory... But I'm worried, because the article was missing key information and I'm concerned that it will cause even more problems for golfers who try out his instruction.

And Golf Digest had an article titled "The Truth about Weight Shift"...by Jim Suttie, Ph.D. He talks about the weight shift as felt in the feet as if it's something new. But he missed the most crucial part of the instruction, so although the information is important, it may do the average golfer more harm than good.

So if you truly wish to play your best golf, and you are willing to learn the control routines that the pros use, Golf Swing Control will help you to fulfill your destiny.....but don't take my word for it...read these letters from current Golf Swing Control Course members...

I have received your Golf Swing Control Course and it is great!

It is the perfect learning tool.

You have the wonderful ability as an author to take words and transform them into pictures in the mind for easy learning. And of course, make it simple to transform into a perfect golf swing. It's truly exciting. I couldn't put it down. It is a most valuable tool for finally doing it the right way on the golf course and being able to get the true feel of how it should be done.

Thank you Tracy for finally putting it all into a form that can be learned.

...I've gone through the book and I like it. I have at least a half dozen swing books, and I subscribe to a couple of golf magazines. The basic full swing as described in these books is correct, but each author uses his own words to give the reader an image of what point he is trying to teach.

I find that your description is the best and most detailed that I have seen. It fills in a lot of gaps that the other books skip over. Great job.

As for my game, I am fighting years of poor swing habits and as I seek to rebuild my swing, I am inconsistent. When I do execute the swing the way I am trying to, it feels great and my goal is to capture that feeling.
Your book has given me renewed inspiration to keep at it.
Thanks,

...I worked with your book from Sept to early October. (It's getting too cold to play outside now). I used to struggle with the game because I really did not understand the mechanics of the swing.

Not only do I understand the mechanics now, but you have also highlighted all the subtle points of a golf swing that really make the mechanics work.

I truly believe you have captured this complex swing in its simplest steps.

I am going to work through the winter on my swing so I may have some questions but so far I am still trying to integrate your concepts into the swing. The scores are improving but the best part is that I am not so frustrated by the game.

It is a wonderful book and I hope you have much success with it.

How the program works.....

Starting the program, you'll learn simple routines to quickly start dropping needless mistakes from your golf game. That alone will save you money on golf balls...

And, since the routines are simple, they adapt to most swing styles and can be practiced at home with equal effect as you would have practicing on the range.

While working with the various processes, your swing control and on-course management will quickly improve. Your golfing buddies will start asking questions about your improvement and accuse you of cheating (unless you give up your secret).

They'll be asking because they won't see you spending time on the range, but they will be paying on their bets...

And as you improve and get to each level, you will be able to review the Manual to find the secrets you need to get you to the next level until you have achieved your absolute best golf game.

There is no limit to how far Golf Swing Control can take your golf game.

So in no time, you'll be showing other golfers things that they'd never learn from their local pro.

Tracy,
I started reading your book and could not put it down for hours. You are the first person I have taken lessons from that has a complete understanding of the golf swing and how to play the game.

I have a 13 handicap and shot 5 over par today on a very difficult golf course. I kept one thought in mind, balance, balance, balance!! I hit the ball so pure, straight, and long.

I still have a minor problem moving off the ball on the backswing but I am sure your book will answer that question.

THIS IS THE BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT ON LEARNING HOW TO PLAY THE GAME OF GOLF.

Thanks so much.

Results that last....

Tracy,
Last winter I attended a very well known golf school for 5 days. The results were amazing, but they seemed to disappear once I left the school.

Your program has been a godsend. I cannot tell you how much it has helped me and how quickly it helped. The results are repeatable and consistent.

I have been so impressed with your program that I have suggested it to many friends. I hope that they get as much benefit as I did.

Keep up the good work.

Considering a Golf School?

Golfers often pay $3000 or more for a full week's golf school with any of the big names... that's over $425 per day but unless you are a touring professional, they won't teach you the necessary keys to consistency that you'll find in Golf Swing Control.

And statistics show that people forget 75% of what they learn within one week, so $2250 of the investment is wasted unless you have a way to commit it permanently to memory.

So, You'll leave the school with a better golf game, but how long will it last?

Which is why this course is a must have if you plan on attending any golf school in the future... Click here to learn more

Because Golf Swing Control will show you how to remember all of the instruction you learn in a golf school.

So is it really worth it?......

Tracy
I have read the books of every major instructor in the country. I have also taken lessons from some of the top teachers notably Harmon and Ballard. As a solid 7 handicap, using your book finally helped me break through.

I have had your book 2 days and I already have grasped it and can do it.

It came faster for me because some of the stuff is what Jimmy Ballard showed me, which is great stuff. The problem I had with Jimmy was that I could hit it straight but not long. Now I know why.....

I went to the driving range and did what you said and the ball exploded off the club face. I have many friends on the PGA tour and have played rounds with many of them. So I know what "tour" shots look like. I personally have hit many great shots, but your method has me knocking the fire out of the ball every single time. My old swing focused on guiding the hands to the right position at impact. With your method the golf ball is gone so fast I could not do that if I tried.

I just wanted to say thank you and I will be telling my friends about your book.
Thank you for everything.

You may be thinking, "Will it work for me?"

Before I wrote one word of Golf Swing Control, I spent two more years proving all of my findings....but not like you would think.

For this information to be bullet proof, it had to be information that golfers of all experience levels could use WITHOUT a teacher standing beside them.

So I created the Interactive Golf Swing Book Newsletter to teach golfers to feel and visualize their swings by email. Teaching by email proved that the instruction could stand on its own.

And over 5000 golfers around the world took part. I used feedback from the personal instruction to edit Golf Swing Control so that every concept would be easily understood by golfers of all levels.

The results are why my subscribers urged me to write Golf Swing Control. And the results speak for themselves.

Read the testimonies to the newsletters.

Tracy,
Your information is amazing! It's like magic!

I consider myself a complete golf novice. I started like you. Somebody suggested I should try it. I did and I was hooked. I took 3 golf lessons (most of the information I have already forgotten) I have played a few times on some 9 hole golf courses and 1 time on a municipal golf course, which was more frustrating than I want to admit; but still had fun. For the most part I was happy if I just hit the golf ball at all.

I have read your first 4 chapters and have applied them to my golf swing and without fail I hit the golf ball dead on every time...

Thank you.

So, are You ready to break through
with your golf game?

To stop the confusion of good day, bad day, once and for all?

Every night on the Golf Channel, there are new tips to try. The magazines have new tips every month. The gurus are always creating another "system" designed to make golf easier, but they're missing the point! It's not the swing; it's how you remember the swing. Once you know the secret to placing your swing into memory, you'll instantly know whether a tip will help or hurt you and save weeks of frustration on the golf course.

No more playing with the thought in the back of your mind that you might lose it all on one crucial shot.

So if the occasional off-line shots start a downhill slide where you get to the point that you just want to leave and give up the game altogether, you're not alone. We've even seen professionals leave the course in disgust, but it doesn't have to happen. With a vivid map of your swing in your head, you'll be able to pinpoint problems right on the golf course and correct them before you get to your next shot.

Why all of the different swing theories? Which one is right?

Unfortunately, Golf is big business which is not much different from the drug trade. So golfers can get hooked and they'll do anything to play better. New theories and gadgets perpetuate the industry and keep you coming back for more. You can get off of this merry-go-round of new "ideas" that just look at the same movement golfers have made for hundreds of years from a different angle.

Golf is not rocket science, but for all of the wrong reasons, it has been made to look that way...

And when other teachers see how fast I get results, they complain that my instruction will ruin the golf instruction industry because golfers won't need them any more...

It's an Industry? If that phrase strikes you as a little suspicious too, then you'll understand why I went to the far reaches of the Earth to find the information that would put an end to perpetual golf instruction.

And now, this information gives golf instructors more opportunities to teach their students the finer points of the swing so they succeed and play better. The few instructors who are using Golf Swing Control have more loyalty from their students because they get the results the students are looking for.

What Will Golf Swing Control Do For You?

Golf Swing Control is designed to cure the following problems:

  • The unexplained slice when your normal shot is straight or a draw.

  • Poor execution - the days when your focus is off and your decisions get you in trouble.

  • The swing feels good, but contact is poor.

  • How to control your mind and stay focused around distracting golfers.

  • Make the most of your practice so you don't chunk it later on the golf course.

  • Get the irons, the woods, the short game and the putter all working at the same time.

So you never again feel like you just want to get the day over with, but instead, you'll be able to enjoy golf because your golf swing is working without having to worry about it.

Golf Swing Control will show you how to use simple routines to read the body's crucial feedback that you can use to automatically adjust your swing during the round to match the changing conditions inside and outside of your body.

Remember, your body already uses this system, so with Golf Swing Control, you're simply applying a system your body is already familiar with to the golf swing.

Also, Golf Swing Control will show you how to know what is happening with your swing, your short game and your putting so you can make adjustments at the driving range, on the course, or even at home.

And in the process, you will automatically and naturally develop an accurate and powerful golf swing that fits your body.

What's more, this method creates visualization that is more vivid than you have ever experienced. The visualization will help every aspect of your golf and is the edge that the best professional golfers have that sets them apart from their competition.

And better visualization creates better focus, so your ability to concentrate around distractions, make the right decisions and score even when the swing is slightly off, will improve without any need for golf psychology.

And I can assure you that you won't find this information anywhere else. This information truly is the glue that holds the golf swing and all other human physical motion together.

So if you're looking for the true edge in golf, this is it.

It's time to save yourself time, money, and play the game you've been dreaming about.

My fee is $500 per hour for this instruction in person. (3 hour minimum)

And The Golf Swing Control Course is the same instruction I teach in person, but you get it when you want it and you can review any time... and save your hard earned money for playing golf...all for much less than my personal students gladly pay... Here's how my personal instruction works

  • The Golf Swing Control Instruction Course gives you all of the information you need to progress at your own pace and take your golf game as far as you want to take it.

  • And you'll get the missing information so other golf instruction material you may now have finally makes sense.

  • So you will finally know if your swing is correct and what to do to get it on track as soon as you feel the slightest problem with your swing....and be able to make the adjustments right on the golf course, just like the professionals do.

  • And you'll have this information on hand to refer back to whenever you want to review......without having to pay a pro every time you have a question or need to brush up.

So, where do we go from here?

Golf Swing Control has evolved to an even better instruction course with the addition of DVD instruction and even more up to date reports to improve your golf game even faster...

And because of demand, there is a new name for the course and I have had to find a reputable company to run the operations. The new name is The Ultimate Golf System, whic
